I'm downloading the whole snapshot of the TNG simulation, but I noticed that there is no information available regarding the internal energy of the wind particles. Is there any method to obtain these data? Thank you.

Unfortunately no, you are right. Although this is stored when the simulation is running, so that wind carry thermal energy, this field is not output for PartType4, so this information is not available in snapshots.
Perhaps there is some other way to get at the calculation you want?
