I'm currently working with TNG300-2, and I'm simply trying to plot the time averaged SFRs of subhalos against their mass using the Star Formation Rates catalog, within a single snapshot. However, since the subhalo ids are not available in the snapshot files, I've had to go through the sublink files and pick out each mass individually. This obviously takes a lot of time for all >2 million halos. Is there a way I can access all the subhalo ids and their mass all at once? Thank you.
