I have checked all the parameters but I could not find a parameter that can describe Subhalo's morphology.
Does this feature even exist?

Hello,
There are many ways to measure morphology of a galaxy, and we have some results contributed by different people, and with different goals and scopes.
None of these are in the group catalogs, but rather in the Supplementary Data Catalogs, I would suggest to look at (c) and (l) and (m) to check if they would be useful for you.
