I have a list of subhalo IDs that I've filtered out using the Milky Way/M31 analog catalog and classified them as barred and unbarred using the Rosas-Guevara+22 catalog. I want to check whether the galaxies are isolated or not at z=0, 0.5, 1, 2, 3. For this I used the nearest neighbour supplementary catalog. After comparing, I found out that the subhaloIDs I have are not present in the nearest neighbour catalog except for snapshot 99. So I wanted to manually check using the group catalog, but it has global IDs. Is there any way to know the global IDs of the subhaloIDs I have at the desired snapshots?

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "global IDs"?
A Subhalo ID (at a particular snapshot) is the unique way to identify a subhalo.
