In the TNG data catalog, we found data for halo structures (c200c) corresponding to 200 times the critical density of the universe: https://www.tng-project.org/data/docs/specifications/ ((q) Halo Structure). Is there any halo concentration (c_vir) provided using virial information from the halos?

Halo concentrations are not in the original group catalogs, and that catalog "Halo Structure" is the only supplementary data catalog with concentration measurements.
So if it has only c200c and not "cvir", this is something you would need to calculate yourself (from the snapshot particle data, of the halos you are interested in).
