For a API point such as: https://www.tng-project.org/api/TNG100-1/snapshots/99/subhalos/12345/
https://www.tng-project.org/api/TNG100-1/snapshots/99/subhalos/12345/
you can see the three values of the spin vector as spin_x, spin_y, and spin_z.
spin_x
spin_y
spin_z
Alternatively, if you download the group catalog, these are in the SubhaloSpin dataset.
