I am currently using the Visualize Galaxies and Halos tool to create galaxy mock images. These mock images will be processed and used as training sets to develop a model to select different morphologies. I use the particle type of "star".
Since the model will be applied to real galaxy images, I am afraid that the AGN light in real galaxies will impact the morphology. I wonder if the mock images from TNG contain any AGN light (my guess is no...)? If not, is there any recommended way to add AGN light to mock images? I see that for each subhalo, there is a field of BH_Mdot which could be converted to L_AGN, although no obscuration is considered. I also see people just randomly inserting a certain amount of PSF flux into mock images.

No they don't, only light from stellar populations.
I am not aware of any TNG papers (or indeed, cosmological simulation papers in general) that generate mock AGN in imaging. I suppose this would be nothing more than the luminosity (with obscuration, as you say), convolved with the relevant PSF.
